Charu Anand, Director
Experienced development profession with expertise in education and Gender. She has over three decades of experience in designing and delivering large scale and impactful programs and projects with a particular focus on early childhood education, school level education, child protection, WASH, gender equality and youth economic empowerment. She has contributed to the creation of long term organisational strategies incorporating gender and social inclusion in development and humanitarian context.
Sneha Siddham, Director
A medical professional with over 20 years of public health experience. She has experience in designing and delivering programs on Sexual and Reproductive health, family planning, maternal and child health and nutrition with an emphasis on adolescents and young people. She has developed Health and SRHR strategies for the organization, also had extensive experience leading major effective influencing campaigns.
Poonam Mehta, Director
A development professional with over 30 years of experience in leading outcome-based monitoring, evaluation, and MEAL systems for large-scale programs. She has successfully delivered high-impact projects in women’s empowerment, girls’ rights, and community development, while building strong systems and processes for quality implementation. A gender specialist, she brings deep expertise in designing, executing, and evaluating gender-transformative programmes.
